If you love a great breakfast, you will want to try this Blackberry French Toast!
❤️WHY WE LOVE THIS RECIPE
If you have followed our website for any amount of time, you know that we love blackberries and have several recipes featuring them. This breakfast treat is one your family will love. First we stuff the toast with a delicious cream cheese mixture, then we make the toast and cover it with a blackberry mixture. This is a wonderful dish for any brunch!
SWAPS
We used cinnamon brioche bread in this recipe, but you can use any bread you like but we have found we love the brioche bread. You could also switch out the vanilla extract with almond. We prefer to use the store-bought whipped cream cheese. It is a nice shortcut with this recipe.

⭐TIP
Like all french toast recipes, I do think this is best served immediately and not great the next day. I mean you can easily heat it up the next day, we have and I enjoyed it, but it’s not as good as it is fresh!
